Restart

If you find the counting inaccurate or the web interface unusually slow, you may try restarting the running services or restart the camera.

Reset

Click Clear data to delete all data in your AXIS People Counter or click Restore settings to restore the AXIS People Counter settings to factory defaults.

Parameter backups

Here you can backup your setting or copy settings from one camera to another.

Logs

If you have trouble with your AXIS People Counter installation, you can generate a debug archive containing logs, settings etc. Press 'Generate logs' and wait until your browser prompts you to save a file.

Record video

You can use this feature to record video from your camera, locally to your computer.


First choose a duration, then click here: Download video
Note:You might need to right-click the link and choose Save As to download the video.

Record debug data

You can use this feature to record data locally on the camera and then either download it or send it to a server at Axis. Select duration and click the Record button to record a video clip.


Registration

Here you can reset your license. The Registration page button leads to the registration page.

Analytics data

Share non-personal data and send anonymous usage statistics to Axis Communications. This helps us improve the application and user experience. Learn more.
